JOJOSDLE is the daily character guesser this site is named after, and the game most people mean when they search for jojodle, jojosdle or a jojo dle. Somewhere in the roster, from Phantom Blood to The JOJOLands, one character is hiding. You get eight attempts to guess the JoJo character, and every wrong answer still teaches you something, because each guess is compared with the answer across eight columns.
There are two separate dailies. Easy draws from the 68 characters an anime watcher knows on sight: every JoJo, their closest allies, the main villain of each Part and famous fighters such as Vanilla Ice, Cioccolata and the La Squadra hitmen. Hard covers the other hundred or so, from one-episode Stand users in Morioh to Green Dolphin inmates and the Joestar relatives. Each mode has its own answer, streak and leaderboard.
How to Play JOJOSDLE
Type at least two letters and pick a name from the suggestions. The list searches the whole roster in both modes, so it never hints at the answer. Your guess becomes a row of tiles: Race, Gender, Style, Affiliation, Family, Part, Stand and F.Spirit, short for Fighting Spirit, the power value the site uses everywhere.
Green means the attribute matches, red means it does not. Style is the only column that can turn orange: that happens when your guess's fighting style sits right next to the answer's in the game's list, which runs Stand User, Hamon User, Spin User, Vampire, Pillar Man, Martial Arts, Weapons, None. The F.Spirit tile shows your guess's number with an arrow pointing up if the answer is stronger and down if weaker, and only turns green on an exact match.
Three hints unlock as you go. After three guesses you can reveal the affiliation, after five a blurred portrait, and after seven the first letter of the name. The puzzle resets at midnight UTC. Signed-in players who solve it are ranked on that mode's daily leaderboard by attempts, then time.
Tips for Solving JOJOSDLE Faster
Open with a character who splits the cast cleanly. The Part tile only says match or no match, so start with someone from a Part with a big cast, like Golden Wind or Stardust Crusaders, where a green tile cuts the roster sharply. Stand is almost as useful: a red Stand tile on a Stand user points to Hamon warriors, vampires, Pillar Men or other characters without a Stand.
Treat the F.Spirit arrow as a binary search. If the arrow points up from Koichi, jump to a heavy hitter such as Jotaro or Diavolo rather than climbing one step at a time. Family is a rare green: most of the cast has none, so a match points hard at the Joestar, Brando, Higashikata, Kujo or Zeppeli lines.
Affiliation narrows fast once Part is known. Passione and La Squadra split Golden Wind in two, and DIO's Forces separate Stardust Crusaders villains from the Joestar Group.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is JOJOSDLE the same as JoJodle?
Yes. The site was first known as JoJodle, and people also type jojosdle, jojo dle or jojodole. It is the same free daily JoJo's Bizarre Adventure guessing game at jojosdle.net.
How many guesses do you get?
Eight. Hints unlock after three guesses (affiliation), five (a blurred portrait) and seven (the first letter of the name).
When does the daily character change?
Every day at midnight UTC. Everyone playing the same mode gets the same answer.
What is the difference between Easy and Hard?
Easy uses 68 well-known characters, Hard uses the rest of the roster. Each is its own daily with its own streak, and Hard pays more coins.
What does an orange Style tile mean?
Your guess's fighting style is right next to the answer's in the game's list, for example Hamon User against Spin User.
