JoJo Quiz

The JoJo Quiz is a naming challenge: the game names a group and you type as many of its members as you can before the clock runs out. Name every vampire. Every character from Stone Ocean. Every member of the Joestar Bloodline. It is the purest test of how well you know the cast, and the closest thing on the site to a classic jojo quiz or stand quiz with a timer.

The first quiz of the day is the same for everyone, so the daily leaderboard compares players on one question. After that you can keep playing: each further start deals the next group in the cycle, up to ten quizzes a day.

Press Start and the group appears, for example an affiliation such as Passione or DIO's Forces, a bloodline, a fighting style such as Hamon User, a Part, the Pillar Men, Vampires, female characters or fighters with a power level of 80 or more. Type a name and submit it; suggestions help with spelling, and partial names are accepted when they clearly point to one character.

The clock starts at ten seconds per member of the group, with a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of two minutes. Every correct name adds five seconds and every wrong one costs three. Find everyone and you score 100; give up or run out of time and your score is the percentage you found.

The quiz follows the story rather than only the database. Jotaro, Jolyne, Josuke and Giorno all count as Joestar Bloodline, Joseph counts for Stardust Crusaders, and La Squadra members count as Passione. At the end you see every answer you missed.

Go through the story in order. For a Part, walk the arcs in your head: for Stardust Crusaders, start with the crusaders, then the tarot-card assassins in travel order, then the Egyptian Nine Glory Gods, then DIO's mansion. You forget fewer names that way than by guessing at random.

Answer the easy names fast. Each correct answer adds five seconds, so rattling off the obvious members first builds a time bank for the obscure ones at the end.

Do not spam guesses. A wrong name costs three seconds, which is more than half of what a correct one gives back. If you are unsure about a spelling, type a distinctive part of the name and let the suggestions confirm it.
