Wields THE WORLD, a time-stopping Stand nearly identical to DIO's, letting him move freely inside frozen time; he is destroyed when Lucy Steel confronts him with the severed head of this world's Diego, since two versions of the same person cannot coexist.

The Diego of a parallel world, dragged into this one by Funny Valentine, identical to the dead jockey but colder and more composed.

Coldly triumphant and utterly self-serving, convinced that a world where he takes everything is the only just one.
